Annmarie Fairweather, an experienced Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of knowledge on the table. She's worked alongside leaders from all industries to help them grow their company, especially in times of high development. Annmarie is a respected adviser who has helped to translate the goals of an organization and their strategies into human and business strategies through employee engagement and change management. She is extremely passionate about education and sees developing team and leadership as the most powerful competitive advantage. The vast experience she has gained with medium and small-sized businesses and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders that have demonstrated positive results have helped to create corporate cultures that embrace changes and learning to improve the performance of groups and companies. Annmarie was driven to volunteer her skills and energy to help assist Learning Ally's cause. When she has time off she provides assistance to several non-profit organizations.
